This class is done primarily on the floor. We do a majority of the class lying on our sides.
This routine draws focus to the hips at first, but then we play with movements of the torso, rib cage, pelvis, and shoulders to influence how they free up the hips. And if the hips are moving more freely the knees and feet will too. It's all connected!
