Prior to IN-PERSON sessions, please schedule an initial ONLINE consultation. This will give us a chance to meet, discuss your goals, history and how Somatics can help you. Once you have completed your initial consultation, you may choose to schedule an in-person session.

In addition to being a Clinical Somatic Educator, Kristin also has 25+ years experience as a certified personal trainer, specializing in holistic movement. She encourage her clients to move their bodies every day. You don't have to go to a gym to "exercise". She can help you set up a home routine, educate you about the health benefits of exercising outdoors, and incorporating "healthy movement snacks" into your day.
