Somatic-based Personal Training
In addition to being a Clinical Somatic Educator, Kristin also has 25+ years experience as a certified personal trainer, specializing in holistic movement. She encourage her clients to move their bodies every day. You don't have to go to a gym to "exercise". She can help you set up a home routine, educate you about the health benefits of exercising outdoors, and incorporating "healthy movement snacks" into your day. Meet with her online or in person to start enjoying moving your body and feeling great!
