Finding time to Practice Your Somatics

As a personal trainer and behavioral change coach, one of the first things I suggest to clients is to assess what they currently do with their time. Here is a handout to help you see your typical day.

Feel free to print it out and fill it in. You may need one for week days and another for weekends.
Do you see chunks of time that take you away from the things you truly want to do?
There is no judgement, just an opportunity to see "where the time goes".
​From there, then you can start setting goals and plans. I help clients with these aspects of starting their Somatic journey.
